The "Create in App Store Connect" button in the Adapty Dashboard is disabled when the App Store Connect API integration isn’t fully set up. Please check the following:
App Store Connect API Key Ensure you’ve added the API credentials in Adapty Dashboard → App Settings → App Store Connect:
Issuer ID
Key ID
Private Key (.p8 file) If any of these are missing or invalid, the button will remain disabled because Adapty cannot communicate with App Store Connect.
Agreements & Banking in App Store Connect Even with a valid API key, Apple requires:
Paid Applications Agreement must be Active (App Store Connect → Business → Agreements)
Bank account must be set up and Active
Tax forms must be submitted and Active Missing any of these will cause Apple’s API to reject product creation requests.
Permissions on the API Key The API key must have Admin or App Manager role. Keys with limited permissions cannot create products.
App Status The app must exist in App Store Connect (it doesn’t need to be published, but must be created with a valid Bundle ID).
Quick Fix Checklist:
Go to Adapty Dashboard → App Settings → App Store Connect and verify that API credentials are connected (green checkmark).
