Web Paywall

Do i need to use Funnel Fox in order to build a web paywall? Can i not?

Can i build my own custom paywall without Funnel Fox and use Adapty API to allow user purchase Adapty product via Stripe?

P.S. i do not need a link to the web paywall guide. I need clear answer.
